HOW TO USE IT?
Pour about 1/4 teaspoon of powder in a small bowl and mix it with a few drops of filtered water until you get a muddy consistency. Gently massage into skin using small circular movements, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with tepid water. For all skin types.
Keep water and moisture out of jar for maximum shelf life.
This exfoliator is very effective you will only need to use 1-2 times weekly. 
 
Please note: Do not over-exfoliate as this can be damaging to the skin. Those with oily skin can get away with exfoliating more (twice a week), while those with dry/sensitive skin should do it once a week.
 
HOW TO INCORPORATE MORE REISHI REFINER IN YOUR SKINCARE?
For a probiotic cleansing: Mix well 1/4 tsp of exfoliant with one generous tsp of natural probiotic yogurt. Gently massage with using small circular motions. Rinse off with cool water. (this cleanse can be used once a day)
